Salary part they are good as provide Salary by 10th of every month. But it depends on attendance. On initial phase it can be more than 1 and half month also untill MPR not received.

Doesn't have job security as they can fire you anytime just by showing any illegal causes/reasons or sometimes without reasons. You will not get chance to serve notice period also so that you can find any other jobs meanwhile. No PF, ESI, MEDICAL means no any others benefits provided by them except salary.
