Culture - Most of the organisation says they are family while Nintriva is exactly like family. Each individual do have a role to play rather it be professional space or be it be inoffice culture activities. Its very much inclusive and ensure various engagement activities are planned accordingly too.

Dislikes

Unfortunately the increments and promotions are not upto the expected. They are seeming to have a rough patch financially, even then they try to take care of employees needs. But being competent in industry is a distant thing now.
