One thing I liked about Zinka is that they provide good breakfast and unlimited supply of buttermilk, tea, coffee, biscuits, fruits and snacks. TEAM MATES: Best I could work with. TRAINING: She did an amazingly good job. Thanks to her that I have improved myself in more ways than one. COMPANY CULTURE: Good SKILL DEVELOPMENT/ LEARNING: Good

Firstly, I do not understand the Interview Process at Zinka. INTERVIEW: They call for one process and then after interview align you for another process. Few candidates who got through were selected for 1 year probation and few others were on 3 months probation. (hired as Contractual Employees) CONFIRMATION: Finally probation perioddone; next comes the confirmation part. Now they make you wait for 3 weeks after probation period, for work confirmation. Nobody there has any idea about it. The TL says contact the Manager, the Manager says contact the HR, the HR says we are yet to do a meeting on it with the company superiors and then after 3 weeks, we got confirmed on 3rd party payroll from Randstad India. (again not as Direct Employees) COMPENSATION: During probation, they make you sign an agreement with a said amount and all the iffs and buts of a standard company agreement. But in reality, you get paid less. You are not communicated about the deductions they make in your salary that has been agreed to in the agreement and do not quote the in-hand salary in your agreement. ID CARD: They do not provide ID cards to either Contractual Employees or 3rd Party Employees. So there is ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF that you work in Zinka till the time you are a direct employee. JOB SECURITY: This has got to be less than ZERO. There is absolutely no Job Security. 20th March: The whole day,I get trained for a new process to be LIVE on 21st March. 21st March 10:00 AM: New Process is put "On Hold", training continues. 21st March 10:45 AM: Training Stops. Few people are whisked away every now and then in batches of 5-7. They quietly leave the office. 21st March 12:30 PM: They call people inside meeting room and tell you that you are fired and there is no need for you to come from Monday.
