So I work under CX ( customer success department). But I do work with product team, and other teams also. And the people around are supportive and encouraging. Most of them are ownership mindset which leads the organisation into different grounds.

Dislikes

Only one part that being in CX department, we miss out so much as our ways seperates us with two roads and we work in different buildings. We miss out so many benifits, activities and many more. Also, there are some internal politics. The higher management doesn't even know that the people they have hired are into politics actually and.playing under their nose.

Work-life balance. even on Saturday night the manager will call u saying this is urgent do this. on Sunday also same story. on week days also im slogging my As* till 1am. even while travelling to office in the commute im working, in office im working, commuting back im on my laptop, night till 12 or 1 am im on my laptop working for this company on peanuts salary. no one cares for the mental health on there employees. They are treating them like robot. working literally 24x7x365 days. literally im coming home just for sleeping and getting ready the next day to work thats it....Read More

A sinking ship in terms of culture. Extreme micromanagement in fintech teams and toxic works culture and rules. Deserving employess don't get promoted. Good tech leads are getting fired. Favouritism and boot lic*ing everywhere. HR are not really taking concern and action about the problem or issues raised, only doing the formalities to just connecting with employees.

Toxic work culture. People in top positions are very toxic. Higher level tech people create worst architecture not giving any room to compete in the market. Because of this worst architecture product is handcuffed, we cannot think of building world class apps. Most of the tech team are less than a year experience.
