Everything is dislike. They don't have a proper vison and they are only concerned about cost once it soars. They will not think while spending the money. Indian lab people are asked to accomodate for every single thing done by Singapore lab people.

Broken promises. Not supportive and doesnt care about employees' time and pagod. No hazard pay, uso donation drive. Kelan lng nagkaron ng insurance and loans. No work life balance. Micromanaging ng ibang boss. Grievance system is terrible. Wala nangyayari sa mga may bad attitude at kung tutuusin mabigat ang case.. Kapit2. Favoritismung ibang boss. No OT. Sasabihin may idle time daw. Swerte mo siguro if mabait yung RM or AM. Walang growth, nakakapagod, walang variations or learning, boring.
