Flexible for lazy employees

Dislikes

Company politics. Rules are not evenly followed for every employees. No benefits for well talented employees. Lazy employees were given incentives. Sincere and Active employees were not welcomed. Low skilled senior employees ever seen in the company since it is a low efficient organization. More women harassment by seniors.

People who are genuinely looking for learning oriented roles despite of salary expectations this will become a proper platform for them to shine and rise high.

Everything. They don't care about the employee, just their own profit. They will make you work until they need then kick you out without any reason and information. Suddenly one day they will call and tell you that you are fired. They are one of the worst worst company ever.
