In my 10 Year of over all carrier in MNC+indian companies never seen such worst environment for employees as in this company. Harrasment, Torture of employees by stopping salary TA DA & forced employees to leave Job. First time seen in carrier that this Company take every month advance resignation from employees . Maximum Job timefor MR is 6 month -2 Year, ASM/RSM is 6 month-1 Year. No value or power in ASM/RSM hand to raise employees problems as all decisions are taken by PM blindly. No salary increment, No Bonus. Don't waste time for this fake Company with Deaf Dumb management without rules, ethics....Read More
