The team is friendly, the management is supportive specially Saikat sir (a person with practical mindset, ethics and grass root knowledge). there are plenty of opportunities for growth. Harrasment, Torture of employees by stopping salary TA DA & forced employees to leave Job. First time seen in carrier that this Company take every month advance resignation from employees . Maximum Job timefor MR is 6 month -2 Year, ASM/RSM is 6 month-1 Year. No value or power in ASM/RSM hand to raise employees problems as all decisions are taken by PM blindly.
