Nijhawan as a group is huge but when it comes to retail channel, I found it unorganized. However, I spent 6 months but didn't enjoy working, it was more of a burden that i was taking along. Although, I earned healthy incentives in 2 months for my achievements out of 6 but lately Co. regretted that they committed such amount. Financeteam has been the reason why Adidas as a brand ramped down. Brand always supported me in learnings and some authorities were against it due imaginary ego.
