Management needs to improve the working culture, as an employee did not find any skill development work, people working for 5- 10 yrs are really demotivated and feel very underconfident, as there is no growth, no promotions, therefore no career growth. Japanese companies have way better culture >. Healthy Environment, good Support on feild from seniors and couligues, independent work culture, less politics, sturdy equipments and good company reputation in market.

Poor company policies, average Sallery and expenses, poor hiarchy levels, one man army as an admin, less company power in India, outdated technology in medical equipment, no regional offices except Gurgaon, Huge Non technical works done by the feild staffs in his defined territory, poor employee values and less employees nos and sales in eastern part of the india....Read More
