The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.My computer proficiency to date was largely because i worked in the Nigerian bottling company.Compensation is decent and living standard as a staff satisfactory by Nigerian standard.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.My problem is that the Nigerian factor comes to play.For example all Nigerian businesses and commerce are dominated by the yoruba tribe and so is the Nigerian bottling company.In the early 90;s,you rarely get promoted except you are from the yoruba tribe.For example i joined as an accountantand left (resigned) as an accountant after working for more than 20 years....Read More
