It a pleasure to work with colleagues with difference cultural background and working happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth of old staff is too slow with the current compensation, hence issue of assessment to have negative impact for the on job staff was not encourage at all

...oficiency to date was largely because i worked in the Nigerian bottling company.Compensation is decent and living standard as a staff satisfactory by Nigerian standard.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.My problem is that the Nigerian factor comes to play.For example all Nigerian businesses and commerce are dominated by the yoruba tribe and so is the Nigerian bottling company.In the early 90;s,you rarely get promoted except you are from the yoruba tribe.For example i joined as an accountant and left (resigned) as an accountant after working for more than 20 years.
