The worst thing in niftel is.. Management HR Asaan shabdo me bole to jo waha kaam kar rha hai usko kuch nhi mil rha or jo haraam me waha sirf time pass kr rhe hai unko sbse zyada payout dia jata hai. Jaise waha k senior managers and HR LIKE SAKSHI KHALI CIG. PINE AATI HAI OR KOI KAAM NHI sirf or sirf bewakoof banaya jata hai waha kcandidates ko sabse bade golibaaz k number 1 pe aate hai Faraaz. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
