*Zero work life balance & job security* It's only looking like Japanese MNC but it's worst than Lala company. In my career this organisation is the worst experience ever. *Cheap* company ever. Think about you and yourself before joining this organisation. Once you join here after that you are always causing yourself why I was coming here. This is also the same feeling for all other departments employees. You cannot work there with your satisfied smile & from your heart. No power in the hands of top management in the gujarat team. All gujrat works Authorization are on Manesar hand. You have to take permission every time before starting any work. Otherwise you are in trouble. The Manesar team tries to stop your work as much as possible. He will always delay your work. So much politics did Manesar team top management. Also there is no role for HR. HR is not for human resources but it is for HR = *HARRASMENT RESOURCES*. HR never understands their employees situation. They are using their employees situation for their personal profits... *All employees feel a threat to speak in front of the HR.* Because they use your words and let you down and fire you any time. There are no rules & regulations for HR. Also no any power in japanes management. They just looking like or following Gandhi's 3 Monkeys because thay have no authority to speak against Manesar team. HR to bad. You join Nifco means you are taking punishment of your life. HR is to toxic, you can't leave there. Even toxic like that it will impact on your personal life also. Toxic like that you are causing yourself that why are you joining this company. I was feel that this bad time period of my life.
