The only thing I felt good was team lunch conducted every month by each team.salary and food are ok.

They are not upgraded to even ERP level but don't know how they managed OEMs,Work pressure was high during my tenure period. It's more than 14 hours on every day, Indian managers don't have much authority. And Koreans dominates indians as much as possible. They used offensive words, major problem was communication issues between Koreans and indians which I faced directly.

All gujrat works Authorization are on Manesar hand. You have to take permission every time before starting any work. Otherwise you are in trouble. The Manesar team tries to stop your work as much as possible. He will always delay your work. So much politics did Manesar team top management. Also there is no role for HR. HR is not for human resources but it is for HR = *HARRASMENT RESOURCES*. HR never understands their employees situation. They are using their employees situation for their personal profits... *All employees feel a threat to speak in front of the HR.* Because they use your words and let you down and fire you any time.
