Great organization with great work culture. 1. Work-life balance is acceptable but everybody has sizeable amount of work. 2. Visibility with leadership is available for all. 3. Employee concerns are heard and addressed in a very constructive and positive way. 4. Good salary and compensation packages especially if you are part of R&D. 5.
