Religious partiality as a Muslim,I separated from the organisation during the time of training. I joined nibav lift on 16 Jan 2025 During the time of evaluation my RSD Sayak sen Gupta reject me by telling he don't want any muslim candidate in his team. Even after this statement my RSD the Hrbp has not taken any action and I got a mail for separation.

Appraisal Policies, Attendance policies, Poor management on constant changes in system No skill development No Growth Regional manager who are just good for nothing here works only 4-5 hours a day and push their BDM for sales which is there own KRA. At head office in chennai company says BDM work is just to give strong and impactfulpresentation at client house and rest your Regional Manager (RM) will do and bring out sales by calling and following up with client and that is why RM salary and incentive are much higher than BDM.
