Company is good all in all. Been in business for a while now and they are in international expansion plan so management is focused on that. Although there are many areas to improve but still as department heads are quite chill and fairly young so job is demanding but still satisfying.

work life balance is something people need to figure out by themselves so if you are not smart enough then it might be a problem.
