No jib security. Veru very poor work culture as a CRM. Higher official are biased. No appraisals. Very very worst product no safelty at all

I love challenges, Since Nibav is the fast-growing company it has a lot of challenges to solve. And I like to be a part of it. I like the way that Nibav uses to hire people. Nibav never looked at a person's past experience or history. As long as Nibav is satisfied with the candidate, they will hire them.

Dislikes

No equal attention to everyone or every problem. Attentions are given based on the designation or the person. There is no ZERO UNREAD MAIL POLICY. No enough attention to the mails or problems. Most importantly people here work on solving the issue but not on fixing it. So the same problem keeps on repeating most of the time.
