There was a lot of novel, innovative work that I never felt bored with and improved my skills enormously. Working was never so much fun before while I worked at NFTICALLY. There is a lot of freedom in how you want to do things and you almost work autonomously. Work culture is great and people are really nice.

team size is small, and mentorship is an issue. If you are stuck with a problem due to innovative nature of the work, it leaves you with a feeling where you wish you had someone that can guide you.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
