Nextrun is very good organization for leering and improving skill, lot of opportunities for everyone, some time workload is high which give you very good learning skill and development. All Leads and Managers are good and supportive. Also WFH allow for most of the employees.

Dislikes

The very very poor management by HR. HR is not supporting and any time they can make their own rule. Even they do not pass all the correct information to the employee due to that employee need to suffer and after that they do not ready to accept. So, HR and their policy is to much poor.

Here at NexTurn, the learning opportunity is tremendously high provided one has interests and this has been key aspect that has worked for me. The offered salary during joining time is very good however, the process once established I am very much confident that organization will do very good in compensating employees year on year at a satisfying scale.

The organization is in the process of making the processes aligned to create a class however apparently it may seem as short comings, however, the class is in the making and I am glad to be part of the journey.

I was been interviews by them they took 3 round each of 1hr, the process took almost 2 weeks to complete.

Dislikes

Even after tell my expectation and offer I had in my hand they went ahead and took 3 round later when I cleared all round HR says they dont have the budget and maximum they can offer is Current + 2L which was irritating. Kindly if you go for interview ask them their budget
