Nobody hear your concerns.Even for freshers like us don't learn anything. Experience guys never waste your time here

... provided one has interests and this has been key aspect that has worked for me. The offered salary during joining time is very good however, the process once established I am very much confident that organization will do very good in compensating employees year on year at a satisfying scale.

The organization is in the process of making the processes aligned to create a class however apparently it may seem as short comings, however, the class is in the making and I am glad to be part of the journey.
