Working at Nextrive was a definitely a learning experience. Not only the company had helped me improve my technical skills, with their expert critique rather exposure to international clients has given me a platform to showcase my skills worldwide. Alongside it has helped me to improve communication skills as I was bestowed with opportunities to be in direct contact with the clients.

Dislikes

Initially we are promised a balance work and personal life but as time passes we are burdened with lot of work pressure and very strict timelines. At several times I was overburdened with work with strict deadlines. No space to explore and innovate. Management make people work like a horse, in one direction. Also, was even asked to work during my quarantine period when i was Covid Positive because my domain work was solely dependent on me. Many times I had felt groupism based on ethnicity which does not encourage new employees to stay for a longer period because of this sometimes team work is also affected. Some people are made to feel like outsiders because of this groupism. There is no team diversity and so no exposure to new ideas from different parts of the country. At the time of resignation employees are subjected to indirect comments on their efficiency by from the management and their work is compared and criticized negatively time and again. It gets difficult to complete you notice period because of discouraging work environment and being held up even if you are not assigned any work.
