I joined as a fresher and learnt new softwares and working in multiple projects. Company gives Rewards and Appreciation for the works. As a fresher I have joined here and it's been nearly 2 years I am working as Software Developer. Nice work culture with no politics and the management will hear us at any time. Will get appreciated based on our efforts and sincerity towards work. Freshers can learn more as they will get more working experience in different domains based on their interest. Company will help us grow personally and professionally. TeamMates are supportive and are doing an excellent job in mentoring juniors. Appraisals are justified with valid reasons and hikes will be reasonable.

Working at Nextrive was a definitely a learning experience. Not only the company had helped me improve my technical skills, with their expert critique rather exposure to international clients has given me a platform to showcase my skills worldwide. Alongside it has helped me to improve communication skills as I was bestowed with opportunities to be in direct contact with the clients.

Initially we are promised a balance work and personal life but as time passes we are burdened with lot of work pressure and very strict timelines. At several times I was overburdened with work with strict deadlines. No space to explore and innovate. Management make people work like a horse, in one direction. Also, was even asked to work during my quarantine period when i was Covid Positive because my domain work was solely dependent on me. Many times I had felt groupism based on ethnicity which does not encourage new employees to stay for a longer period because of this sometimes team work is also affected. Some people are made to feel like outsiders because of this groupism. There is no team diversity and so no exposure to new ideas from different parts of the country. At the time of resignation employees are subjected to indirect comments on their efficiency by from the management and their work is compared and criticized negatively time and again. It gets difficult to complete you notice period because of discouraging work environment and being held up even if you are not assigned any work. I hope this will be taken positively to improve work environment of Nextrive / Tymtix.

I have completed 1.5 years at Nextrive. When I joined, I was exposed to a lot of projects from which I could learn lot of new things. For each employee, recognition is very important and I got recognised by Nextrive for my focus and dedication towards my work. Work environment and colleagues make me feel like home. Fun activities are stress busters. I am very thankful to Nextrive for giving this wonderful opportunity and it is definitely a great place to work.
