WFH is there during this time.

Dislikes

Lot of work, more than 12+hrs. We are developers but now have to work in client support, and production deployment also. No bonus was given, although we were supposed to get 5% of CTC No Appraisal No additional support provided by company to work from home like internet bill, and WFH Setup

The company cares about the employees and does not treat them like cogs in a machine. Management especially the Managing Director of BLR tries to keep bringing in new policies that can help the employee.

Dislikes

The company has a notice period of 3 months which is absurd in this day and age. It chains up the employee and makes them feel trapped being unable to jump to other companies as 99% of the companies recruiting will immediately reject the candidate based on the notice period alone. Also gives the managers the power to treat the employees like dirt without worry of the employee leaving the organization....Read More
