Their is a knowledge about how Machineing works and its process about Heat treatment and assembly process.

Dislikes

Working culture and Partiality about male and females. Comny working 24x7 every Sunday their is no any holiday. If we taken Off on Sunday then maneger personally msg you please stop at reception and talk to HR. No any freedan to our self life balance. They are forcing to stop on OT and Maneger also HR is standing at the time of shift end and they do not leave out. They torched to stay on OT. No any idea about operators to HR. He can't take any self decisions. He is totally dependant on D. Maneger. If maneger says remove operator then he will removed. No any satisfied support from HR....Read More

Dislikes

When it was under Delphi the Productive system and Human Resources was excellent and we were delivering very high quality products .After the company went under Nexteer we have slipped a bit quality wise and systematically .
