This is a company full of negativity, there is nothing to mention about likes, once you join this organisation you are trapped.

Management don't give shitt about your work, they are more interested in your personal life and syapa drama, completely unprofessional and micro management is at the highest level, even your so called colleagues (Chamcha's) will try to show attitude like they are your managers, people don't know the hierarchy at all, only favouritism works, some are like dadaji's in system and they want everything to be done as per them, even if it's a donkey work, company is full of Abdul's who watch you everytime....Read More

There is nothing to like here, as everything at the top worst level, don't even keep this as a last option, even if you don't have a job, pls do some more reasearch and find something else, but don't get trapped in this dukaan.

Leadership is very ill mannered, they don't have know how to talk, completely unprofessional, they will talk to you like road side sabziwala, if you are a chattopadhyay, you have very good scope and future.

High priced low quality cafeteria food, compulsory formal wear (personal opinion coming from a BPO background), low support from management & some clients, No overtime, no wfh, Dull work environment.

1. Favouritism 2. Toxic work culture 3. Dirty office politics 4. Old employee think that they own this company 5. Discrimination among Analyst and TL level 6. If you are happy and completed your work before the time span, then they can't see you happy. 7. So much of time pass presentation and meetings. 8. The work culture is if the work load is less then they will start their time pass like quiz , presentation. 9. Office colleagues can't see you growing. 10. Politics are same as Hindi serial. 11. The hiring process was very smooth, transparent along with proper communication and I was in loop with each step of hiring. The team leader is very experienced, understanding and supportive. Work culture is very good with 5 day working policy along with work from home for some days. Overall it’s a good place to work.
