Company's rules is good but Management is very bad in that showroom.

I tell my personal experience that the worst thing where I have stayed is the management, the manager speaks bad words, withholds the salary, does not promote the car, only promotes if 5 cars are sold. They don't pay if target is not met, 5 people left job in my 2 month tenure very bad situation there they are taking advantage of people forceful management worst experience of my life.

Everything is bad over there.I worked there for just one year and at that time it seemed like the biggest mistake of my life.The manager there, Mr. Bagri, had created the whole atmosphere. Instead of considering the employees as employees, he considered them as his own servants Many times I saw that he used to take his employees as drivers for his work

Great system to work in very easily you can navigate your work. It was a hi tech worlplace with everything digital

Constant pressure from the company to achive targets you cannot take holidays vacations or family time or the time for yourself. There is no employee benefits they just focus on customers only. Half of the time customers are very self entitled and it becomes difficult to work without a proper support system

I am an ex -employee of this company and I have nothing to like about this company. I had a worst experience working there. Staff and manager was pathetic. They follow their own made up policy which does not include employees benefits. General Manager and process managers are pathetic. I was hired as Accessories billing executive from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm but they made me do all the work related to sales and vice versa till 8pm. I gave my 100% still they played a dirty politics with me. After 2 months giving all my efforts their ex employee rejoined so they made me leave the job by saying that they dont need my service there. They were going to transfer me to some other company which was totally different from my job. So, I asked them to send an official email regarding the transfer notice but they were not giving me such notice. They verbally told me to join some other company. So at last I had to leave the job as they made me do that. They left me with no other option....Read More
