There are many things i liked about this company. 1). The people are very supportive, especially in sales back office department. My senior Mamta Madam who thought me sales procedure from scratch to advance level... Since the company is into manufacturing pharma equipment, that madam gave me technical knowledge also about the that machines. 2). Very interesting seminar had been arranged by the company on investment, because of that seminar i came to know different types schemes offered by government.. policies to remove like health insurance, term insurance, before that i had a zero knowledge. 3). Newtronic is home where different people stay together and work a like family. Supporting nature of all employeee. We get many new things to learn.Teammates are good

Dislikes

Career growth is ok ok. Salary growth is very slow. Pressure is high. Training will be given by seniors but we have to take efforts of searching whom will teach us.
