It was great , but there was no bloody security about it. Worst part is even those recieved extension who passed away lower in graduation. Just because I was sick ko extension was given . Even after submitting the medical certificate at the date . Very unfair

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Working at Amazon is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Whether it's a fresher or experienced individual, really doesn't matter. They give the equal opportunity for everyone to work, grow and prove that you are the best. They make sure everyone is doing ok, very supportive very helpful. Companies policies are good, they give their employees freedom and flexibility in working shifts. Leave policies are very good.

Dislikes

Management take advantages of their position. They purposely put pressure to work more than what company asks from the employee and also they misuse some company policies to put pressure of PIP on the employees and ask them to resign. It is totally depends on what kind of senior management you have, unfortunately I have the worst.

You will get to learn a lot new things that will surely help you in boosting your career in the future. Biggest benefit is Work Life Balance, no one will ask you for your leaves. You are a free bird. Also if you are at senior or leadership position, you will get many benefits and great perks

Dislikes

At certain level/field you will get the bare minimum salary and less perks, promotion chances are also too less or it will take much longer than expected time.

No work life balance, they expect you to give your complete day and even weekends for office work. Lot of people in higher management without proper process knowledge who are screwing others just to remain in the process, take their promotion and move on to a different team because they already messed up their previous team just for their own personal benefits.
