Team mates are good and work life balance is average. Training is delivered but it remains on the manager whether the team members can attend training or not. Job security after probation period is usually guaranteed.

Department wise, different types of politics are involved which do get in the way of appraisal and hikes. Innovation and new technology is limited to very few departments. Career growth, on-site opportunity and work life balance depends on the type of projects that are being handled. Sometimes people have to come on weekends and not even allowed to take leaves in some projects....Read More

Work Details

It was hectic and exciting. Since I have worked in three departments it was a different experience overall in all the three teams. It totally depends on the projects that are being handled by the team and the managers involved.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1).
