Job security is at best here, not a single layoff during tough times of COVID too. Communication with higher management is very smooth.

Dislikes

Have to think more about loyal employees. Highlighted risk should be taken seriously specially Resource risk.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
