Yes, good working environment and management. Always trying to creating company policies in favor of employees. No unnecessary pressure, only relevant when project live. Good leave policy, we can pre plan our leave. And no issue when need any urgent leave. Management and employees have helping nature. Working on new/upgraded technology/software. Working on new/upgraded laptops.

Pls be aware of this dangerously worst company cheaters , goons , fraudsters have been sitting in the management. whether its H.R or the VP. You would feel so cheated when you would join the company. All that is described before you join the company is totally fake statements. As per name its an company which is doing some "research" on "new technology" but its hard to find out what is the "new technology" they are trying to invent with so small team and in that too nearly half are freshers only. HR would post fake reviews here just to increase the rating here as that rating shows on naukri.com. But don't be fooled by those fake reviews and get cheated . simply never leave your current company for this company as you would be sacked out soon and then would be job less. just nothing to post anything good about this company its an jail kind of scenario there employees are forced to submit mobile bag everything at the gate daily morning as if its an school/ college....Read More

Nothing as such to like about this company . Pls don't make a blunder by joining this company. They would hire only to fire you in future so if want to become job less in future or want tension in life and work for 14-16 hrs daily and still having fear of loosing the job then its your decision.

Its an unique but pathetic company. It has strict timing of 8:30 am but no end time it can go to 10-11 pm daily. ITs an very small company which works only on navision only and thus having only around 10 employees. more than half of them are trainees only as they are hired to save on salary part as companies only motive is to do business and earn more and more by abusing the life of the employees. A lot of politics and favoritism is there in company if you don't belong to a certain religion or state then it would be problematic for you there. Daily morning when you would come your mobile along with you bag would be taken by the "man" (yes man because woman at reception would ask for more salary ) sitting at the reception. then be it any situation or emergency you would get your mobile when you would be going back from office at night time. on top of that they don't have any land line also in office . But these rules are not on the HR or VP of the company. Ironically they claim to be an IT company but google or all the web sites have been blocked by the IT department. You cant even take the laptop at home any day thus no WFH is provided to any one. The work environment inside is like a school / online examination. they have just one project only. The HR would lie all that about the company the company , you will get a call daily from her side as they desperately want employees always. but when you would join then would see the true colors of HR and VP. They would not provide any perks or reimbursement to employee when they join like travel ticket or hotel. Even the washroom is not there in the office you need to go outside the office always to a common dirty washroom of the building. You would be assigned tasks on the 1st day itself just when you would come to your assigned seat. As there is shortage of employees so work load is too high. no enjoyment no fun activity . They have treated us very nice and the seniors are very helpful. Best place especially for freshers to learn and sharp there skills. I have learnt a lot here. Seniors explains things with lot of patience multiple times.
