There are lots of things for dislike 1. Salary is to much low , 2. Poor management principal is handling all power demotivating his own staff behaviour of principal is very bad with there staff member, giving lots of work pressure if you not do work properly management cut your salary and lots of things to write guys never ever join that school

They are not supporting during this lockdown.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is slow, we have to beg for salary. During pendamic situation we have to go to school for taking exam and not getting any other facilities.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
