COO is only person having all authorities. Even format revisions are authorised by COO. Very old style of working. No work freedom. You have to get issued lab top from HR department every time if you have conference call with customers. 9am to 7 : 30 pm working hours complusary. COO can call you in the evening any time and you may have to stay back till 11 pm to 12 pm in names of meetings or reviews. One sided termination condition in appointment letter from day one is applicable. Notice period is 3months if you want leave this company but company can fire you within same day without citing any reason. You have only list of responsibilities but no authority to implement any idea or action. Hence those who interact with customers in routine working, are most vulnerable. I had worked with this company for about 8 months and those 8 months were vulnerable time period of my life. This company was just like jail and coo of this company behaves like a goon.Employees are forced to work 12hour to 15hours a day. Everything is decided by coo of this company. Work culture is toxic. Few Old employees who areworking here since last 20-25years have monopoly. They never support new person joining this company. Final I got rid of this company after serving a notice period of one month but company did not pay me a single penny in full and final settlement. Coo also get signed off one sided agreement forcefully after joining and then the newly joined person have no choice. So my suggestion is to stay away from such organisation....Read More
