You have to get issued lab top from HR department every time if you have conference call with customers. 9am to 7 : 30 pm working hours complusary. COO can call you in the evening any time and you may have to stay back till 11 pm to 12 pm in names of meetings or reviews. One sided termination condition in appointment letter from day one is applicable. Notice period is 3months if you want leave this company but company can fire you within same day without citing any reason.
