Nothing is good here. They are wasting time of young people. Making them feel that they don't know anything at all. The so called founder(origninal founder was jay sethi) of company who don't know anything about startup and business only relying on ads.

It was good in terms of learning (we used to get help from the company secretaries), getting inbound leads (people having requirements or have queries) helped to close more. Incentives.

Work life balance was poor Hire and fire culture Pressured us to work on Sundays (during pandemic, didn't have an option to say no) 40% salary was being cut during pandemic Gives leads to their favorite employees so you get the poor leads and due to your poor performance you get job threats Promises to get the job done within given TAT but always delays, as a result we had to handle the client's grudges No support from management , they di not care for employees.
