During busy season, there are a lot of hours to be worked, but the rest of the year, it's more balanced. Well, I think it's worth it though.

Neugene always focuses on building networks. You are always pushed to work on the next level. You can talk to higher management without any restriction, and they always take the suggestions or ideas freely. The most important thing is the compensation, I can bet they are offering the best salaries in comparison to their competitors.

Work life balance is also good, but sometimes you will feel you are getting overburdened. As I am writing this, I am not sure about other companies. But overall, it's a great place to work.

Joined Neugene just after my MBA. After the initial training, typical day at Neugene always came with some surprises, mostly pleasant. I experienced a lot of different opportunities and executed many tasks efficiently and accurately. I joined Neugene International Inc two years ago and it was my best life's decision I believe. Neugene is a very large conglomerate with strong financial muscle. Their clientele includes all top-notch, in thousands globally. Even during global recession time, they were in a better situation than their competitors, to the point wherethey could bail out other failing firms. The majority of my co-workers have been here for well over decade, and that's nice to see in a time where job security seems to be a thing of the past. There's always something new to work on at Neugene and no shortage of ways to grow within your own role or shift to a new one. People make lateral and vertical moves here all the time, so moving to a position that better fits your skills is much easier than other places I've worked in the past. Senior management here is pretty smart . It's not the kind of place where you might look a few levels up the chain and think. "Haah... I could do their job." Here, it's obvious that you couldn't. Their salaries are well earned; and throughout the organisation, the distribution of compensation, responsibility, and appreciation is much more than most companies for which I've worked. Working with Neugene has been really good. One has the flexibility to work from home when needed. Very good work culture. Management does not press hard always or rather most of the time. The hardest part of the job is when we have loads of work because of turnkey projects, yet there comes the fun part as well.....we have dinner at desk with food lying beside us but you won't be able to eat. The culture at Neugene is awesome and the office premises are of a 5-star hotel standard. We have a lot of options to up skill ourselves though various soft skills training programs conducted on a regular basis in the company. The work culture is awesome, and the management are always ready to listen to the concerns and are always transparent. The company as a whole has a great culture and strives to give their employees a good work life balance. It places the employee's safety at the forefront of its daily operations, and I have never heard them firing an employee unless he is absolutely of no use.
