Work experience is not good in Network 18 haryana Punjab because a lot of politics is played by Head and senior... company policy is very very good... Without any reason I was fired from the company.....I worked in this company 4 year 5 month and my work performance was great and creative ..

Nothing i,s there to be liked. Initially they hired you on the payroll of Network18, later they moved to another subsidiary company so you can not prove your exact employment duration nor does your PF account match.

Dislikes

Worst people, poor HR people, you can not call to HR for any queries even if there is an emergency. During the Appraisal time they put you into PIP so that you can request to just retain without any appraisal. Overall you are limited to your manager. Your manager can control you in any way similar to EY incidents.

Nothing, new management has completely changed this company now. This company is a living hell, no appraisal but they just make you work like donkeys.

Dislikes

Everything currently, I have worked on countless projects without saying no a single time but they have never appreciated my efforts. They have made sure I don't get an appraisal and they're planning to lay me off because I have raised my voice against them. Please stay away from this company.
