Worst culture. You are targeted if you work properly. Stay away from Deepak Vaid. Clarify everything with HR before joining because they lie. No appreciation. No respect. Even CAs will be treated badly here..so CAs stay away.

There were learning opportunities but I wish I could have learnt more. They were really fast with relieving on medical terms. The reporting manager wasn’t supportive and the HR is not skilled enough for their job.

Dislikes

Reporting Managers are not skilled. Especially the female managers. In terms of learning, there were ample amount of opportunities but your managers never let you grow. I left the company cause of terrible manager.

Nothing i,s there to be liked. Initially they hired you on the payroll of Network18, later they moved to another subsidiary company so you can not prove your exact employment duration nor does your PF account match.

Dislikes

Worst people, poor HR people, you can not call to HR for any queries even if there is an emergency. During the Appraisal time they put you into PIP so that you can request to just retain without any appraisal. Overall you are limited to your manager. Your manager can control you in any way similar to EY incidents.

Nothing, new management has completely changed this company now. This company is a living hell, no appraisal but they just make you work like donkeys.

Dislikes

Everything currently, I have worked on countless projects without saying no a single time but they have never appreciated my efforts. They have made sure I don't get an appraisal and they're planning to lay me off because I have raised my voice against them. Please stay away from this company.
