They have a great HR policy, but a few managers in each department never let any new employee grow, just because they don't have enough skills according to new tech world requirment to go and start a new job.

Nothing i,s there to be liked. Initially they hired you on the payroll of Network18, later they moved to another subsidiary company so you can not prove your exact employment duration nor does your PF account match.

Dislikes

Worst people, poor HR people, you can not call to HR for any queries even if there is an emergency. During the Appraisal time they put you into PIP so that you can request to just retain without any appraisal. Overall you are limited to your manager. Your manager can control you in any way similar to EY incidents.
