The product is great Driveri driven by Ai and Ml is supreme and probably the best in the market of telemartics,new for international market but not in US specifically because of esteemed competitors like Samsara and Motiv.

As per my role which was into US based selling of Driveri they didn't hav great selling points and their strategy has the need for improvement for a better hold as they just started growing, also the work culture is not so uplifting and motivating, package has been great but I think orgs are m uch more whe</mark>. Pathetic work culture, poor quality of work, a lot of politics and back stabbing. Multiple conflicting sources of power in a project always giving conflicting directions. Management folks in a constant war with each other and employees are an acceptable collateral damage. Vague and high ly subjective criteria of performance evaluation. Workplace harassment and bullying seems an accepted part of company culture. Management isn't bothered at all for such serious incidents. No sense of project planning by the project owners, they would conveniently pass all the blame on the employees. They have complete authority and no responsibility. The employees have the burden of all responsibility with no say in the project. The company won't even bother to listen the problems you are facing....Read More
