Recently company top management changed and they are very very worst. They don't know what is the right or wrong. Simply removed ground level employees without a reason. Every ground level people was very struggled bcs of this issues. And company so much disturbed local medical shops also.

Promotion only for manager's favourite person, salary increment yearly is only 3-7%, out of this increment 50% paid through performance based link incentive on next increment.
