Employee benefits policy are good. Lot of skill developmental programs to participate in.

Mangement is not serious about the Netmeds business as it is of very low value in reliance retail. No job security due to this. They will suddenly change decisions from time to time Strict working hours

There is a lot of politics and the growth opportunity in a role is not good. If you are someone who wants to get their hands dirty with real-life problems and work at a place that has a clear six-month or one-year plan for company growth then this may not be a good fit for you as this is like a laid-back job and not a challenging one.

There is lots of work pressure in unethical way. Lots of politics from management and no criteria for promotions and increments in Healthcare Netmeds specially with Delhi management team.
