Job security is a key factor in a company and reliance is well managed by their higher authority . I found the job security in reliance is very good and very secure.

Dislikes

I don't think any company have all the box ticked with only good, there are some minus point also present in a company. As the pharmacy division is new so I can't find so many things to dislike.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
