Great place to start your career in digital marketing. Workplace culture is quite quite homely, you'll feel like you're working in a family. If you're willing to take responsibilities, the management will provide the opportunity for you to shine.

Dislikes

Team hierarchy is convoluted, more experience does not ensure you will have a higher designation.

The work life is great, you will learn a lot here. Even if you do not know a particular digital marketing channel, you will be provided the training and opportunity to get hands on knowledge

People are very negative minded. Bad management, partiality and discouraging managers. Only few people have scope their and no one will get an oppurtunity to work.
