maximum projects use old technologies stack. Interview always taken on latest stack but you should work on old stack. maximum manager think if you getting salary then you should work 24/7. old employees get all the attention and recognition from senior management. if you are yes boss kind of person then you should join. very less or i can say few onsite opportunities only.

Dislikes

Some employees working for more then 10 years , they will force you to work average 14 to 15 hours daily and no appreciation because its your duty. every one need to work on more then 2 project minimum. And manager will say i am handling 10 project you should also. Learning Focus on new technologies but you will not get change to work on it.
