The only Pros is that they give good salary while joining

1. Very Bad Company Culture. Most of the team will have Russians managers and they are very outdated and only want Russians in their team. 2. Managers only want yes-man in their team, and not open to feedback of their subordinates. 3. All the decisions are made in Russia and it is for their benefits. 4. Huge communication gap between Indians and Russians 5. Managers get seriously irritated when employees take sick leave 6. At the time of joining they promise quarterly appraisal, but there is nothing like this. it is just a trap to lure good employees. 7. Discrimination towards Indian employees, basically if you get russian manager then there is high chance they will not trust you and will have very unrealistic expectations. 8. Very Little learning as if you are from India you will get unimportant tasks which will not benefit in your learning 9. Working style is very old as no one in top management is aware of new technology in the market 10. Managers heavily rely on legacy codes, and don't want to make efforts and improve the code base. 11. Although the work policy is hybrid(2 days ofc, 3 days WFH), they will force you to come to ofc every day as Russians had to travel to India for work so they want every team member to come to ofc daily....Read More

Netcracker is a telecomm product based company. Work environment and work life balance is good. No internal politics. Sometimes it's becomes difficult in situations as all the projects are based out of Russia and sometimes your Russian counter part may be difficult for you. But there are lots of them who will help you grow in your career. About learning , there are various projects with the company but some are based on configurations so may be a issue for some developers. But there are also lots of technology works are there. Overall a good experience. Salary and appraisal will be a big plus for you.

Office space in Banglore is a small one. Small cafeteria and no gym or other facility.

There is a lot of politics and the management (especially my line manager venkata kumar doppalapudi ) doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent for me and career growth is low. More favoritism, more hike will be given by Line managers for whom they like more even though not performing well in the projects. No Motivation, career, professional growth for hard workers like me.
