The only Pros is that they give good salary while joining

1. Very Bad Company Culture. Most of the team will have Russians managers and they are very outdated and only want Russians in their team. 2. Managers only want yes-man in their team, and not open to feedback of their subordinates. 3. All the decisions are made in Russia and it is for their benefits. 4. Huge communication gap between Indians and Russians 5. Managers get seriously irritated when employees take sick leave 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. At the time of joining they promise quarterly appraisal, but there is nothing like this</mark>. it is just a trap to lure good employees. 7. Discrimination towards Indian employees, basically if you get russian manager then there is high chance they will not trust you and will have very unrealistic expectations. 8. Very Little learning as if you are from India you will get unimportant tasks which will not benefit in your learning 9. Working style is very old as no one in top management is aware of new technology in the market 10. Managers heavily rely on legacy codes, and don't want to make efforts and improve the code base. 11. Although the work policy is hybrid(2 days ofc, 3 days WFH), they will force you to come to ofc every day as Russians had to travel to India for work so they want every team member to come to ofc daily....Read More

The team and mentors are really strong and knowledgeable. Organization awards the top performers, innovators etc. As it is a product based organization training was imparted for product and various technologies. The quality of trainers and materials is really good. If you are working hard then there is no need to worry about Job Security but a low-performance rating might lead to Non-Appraisal or even termination. The career growth depends upon the work which is assigned to you, which you deliver and you are wanting for more, project timelines are very stringent here. The appraisal process is quite transparent and you would be given a fair chance of putting your view.
