Dislikes

While I appreciate many aspects of working at NetCom Learning, One challenge I've encountered is the fast-paced environment. The Project deadlines are pretty strict so require lots of attention and pro-activeness. Which is good, and I also feel overwhelming just in case you are not used to it. It is fare as it is also rewarding most of the time.

- Poor leadership - Lack of direction and employee onboarding - in the name of onboarding they conduct back-to-back induction training in the first week of joining. Post this, the manager will hardly make any efforts to ensure a proper KT for the new employee. - KRA and KPIs are not specific and keep changing month-on-month - Office gossiping is common - the senior manager would gossip to me about the older employees and tell me what to expect from everyone basis the manager's personal opinion of them - A completely unethical hire and fire culture. Netcom is more dangerous than corona, never join this company. If you are skilled then they will remove you. If you don't know anything they will keep you. Most useless unskilled uneducated people working here. Sanjeev Shrivastava he is a mad man. He don't know abc of technology but he is it head.

No overtime helps to maintain work life balance. Projects are good which creates work satisfaction in employees. Awards are provided to best performers of the quarter.

Job security is very less as rate of termination of employees is very high. Appraisal process needs to be revised as its an old company and provides very less appraisal. Management have a monopoly and favours few old employees only and provides less opportunities to new employees.
